Reiki
Reiki is an energetic healing modality from Japan that was rediscovered by Dr. Usui during the 1900's. Translated, Rei means universal and Ki means energy. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive hands on healing technique and is used to promote stress relief and relaxation, ease anxiety, and relieve tension. It is also used to help clear blockages within the energetic body to promote a balanced flow of energy. Reiki helps to facilitate one's own natural healing capabilities, thus improving overall function and well-being.

Integrated Energy Therapy®
Integrated Energy Therapy®, or IET, is also known as healing with the energy of the angels. It was developed by Stevan Thayer, who is an author, writer, Reiki Master, and founder of The Center of Being in Woodstock, NY. IET uses the violet angelic energy ray brought to us through the nine healing angels of the energy field, and works directly with your 12-strand spiritual DNA. IET supports you in safely and gently releasing limiting energy patterns of your past, empowering and balancing your life in the present, and helps you evolve into your future. IET gets its name from the modality's objective, which is to 'integrate the pain of the past into the healing power of the present, to bring about the joy of the future.'
Similar to Reiki, IET is a gentle, non-invasive hands on healing technique. The objective is to provide a simple and gentle way to open the flow of vital life force within the human body and energy field by integrating suppressed feelings from cellular memory and clearing their associated energy blockages. The suppressed emotions are then released through a very gentle, quarter-sized acupressure point. By clearing these blockages, IET promotes the self-healing process and supports you in your spiritual growth and development. It also helps you to experience life to its full capacity, with good health and fulfilling relationships.

Chakra Healing
Chakra is the sanskrit word for spinning wheel or vortex, and refers to each of the seven energy centers along the midline of the body. The chakras help determine our state of body and mind; they can store our memories and experiences as well as our emotions and habits. It is essential that these centers of energy are in balance and harmony with one another and that energy moves freely through the energetic body. Energy healing aids in facilitating this clear flow of energy and helps to balance these seven chakras.
Below you will find a brief summary of each chakra:
1. Root Chakra: located at the base of the spine, this chakra is associated with our survival and most basic needs. It is our connection to the Earth, and the color associated with it is red.
2. Sacral Chakra: located in front of the sacrum, this chakra correlates to our reproductive system and is associated with our ability to create in all aspects of life. The color is orange.
3. Solar Plexus Chakra: this chakra is located between the navel and heart, it is associated with our will power, self-esteem, and ability to take action. The color is yellow.
4. Heart Chakra: located at the center of the chest, this chakra deals with love and compassion, self-acceptance, and forgiveness. The color is green.
5. Throat Chakra: this chakra is located at the base of the throat, and handles our ability to communicate our needs. It is also closely connected to self-expression, decisiveness, and spirit of truth and purpose. The color is sky blue.
6. Third Eye Chakra: located between the eyebrows, this chakra is the location of our intuition, wisdom, and understanding. The color is indigo.
7. Crown Chakra: located at the top of the head, this chakra is our connection to our understanding of the divine. It is associated with self knowledge, union with the higher self, and spiritual power. The color is white/violet.
